Submit a 90–120 second English speech video through the online application form. Links may be from YouTube, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
Applicants submit payment evidence in the application form. Fees are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the competition.
The top 6 students from each division advance to the live Grand Finale at SSRU.
Applicants may use digital tools for research and idea development, but the final speech must be organized, understood, and delivered by the applicant. The committee may ask follow-up questions in the Grand Finale to verify understanding.
Applicants retain copyright ownership of their work while granting the organizers permission to use submitted materials for non-commercial promotion, education, reporting, and related activities. Personal data will be used only for competition administration and related communication.
The judging committee’s decision is final. The committee reserves the right to interpret rules and handle exceptional cases in the best interest of the competition.
