For the most stable experience, the application form opens directly on Google Forms. Please prepare your payment slip and video link before submitting.
Pay the application fee
Application fee: 750 THB. Please prepare payment evidence before submitting the form.
Prepare your video link
Upload your speech video to YouTube, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox and prepare the link.
Submit the form
Open the official Google Form, complete all required fields, and submit your application.
Fill out the application form
The form will open in a new tab to avoid iframe restrictions and to support Google Form features such as file upload.
- Use the applicant’s correct full name in English and Thai where required.
- Prepare a payment slip for the application fee.
- Prepare a video link that the committee can access during the review period.
- Review all information carefully before submitting.
